Late night /early morning snack. - Edit
I found that there are about 5 different flavours added to the pancakes that are Vegan. I had the Blueberry, but there is strawberry, apple and a couple of others I can't remember now. The pancakes were edible, if they were any softer you wouldn't be able to cut them (you'd need a spoon). You need to dip the pancake into the sauce before you eat them, if you feel they are too dry. You need to ask for the Vegan Ice-cream or they'll give you dairy ice-cream. We've been here several times before, as Vegans and also pre-Vegans and the service has been mediocre even though it wasn't busy. The table was missing forks so I had to ask for them.

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff could not seem less interested in us. When I asked if the chai latte was vegan and stated it sometimes has milk powder in it the guy responded “I don’t think it has milk in it, but I’m not sure”. He didn’t even offer to check.
Read moreMy pancakes came out with the tiniest little scoop of ice cream and the tiniest serving of maple syrup and the pancakes were so dry that when I tried to cut them they would just crumble. I asked for extra maple syrup which helped, but without that it was a very average meal.
When we left the restaurant the same guy who served us was at the door and he did not even acknowledge us. I said “thank you” as we passed and my friend then also said thank you and he didn’t even look up, he completely ignored us.
It’s safe to say I will not be returning there ever again.
Pros: The extra serving of maple syrup
Cons: Very poor customer service , Dry pancakes , Menu wasn’t very clear on what was or wasn’t vegan

Not sure what has happened, went here a couple of years back and vegan pancakes were good. Now the vegan pancakes are also gluten free and they are pretty bad. Couldn't cut them as they would just crumble as you tried. You basically ended up with a plate of pretty dry crumbs. If you want vegan pancakes, check out a Charlie's raw squeeze.

I would give 5 stars for the staff for sure! Very helpful and knew exactly what was vegan, and offered many different options. It would be better if it was on the menu, but the accomodate most of the menu to your needs.

Was amazed to find not only vegan options but an actual section on the menu dedicated just to them- our waitress was super helpful in explaining how the vegan options worked - was even able to get us vegan milkshakes which are not on the menu as yet - so make sure to ask!

I went here on a Saturday morning because I felt like pancakes. BOY, did I regret it. I ordered their Vegan Regular Stack with strawberries. They were okay, I'd had better, but for vegan pancakes, they were remarkably delicious and fluffy. They looked exactly like my mother's - probably because they were.

So when I became violently ill later that day after feeling progressively sicker from 30 minutes after eating those pancakes, I knew they had dairy in them. They were normal pancakes after I'd checked MULTIPLE times if they were vegan. Now whether this was done out of gross incompetence or malice, it was UNACCEPTABLE. If my dairy allergy was more severe, I might've had to be hospitalized. As it was, I was ill for days - couldn't eat anything, couldn't leave the house.
