Good pancakes with separate vegan menu - Edit
The Pancake House has a separate vegan menu with a number of different options. I went for the plain traditional pancake with lemon and sugar. It was nice and reasonably priced (for Centre Parcs anyway). They also offer plant milk for coffee here.

Won't be going back - Edit
I've gone to pancake house a number of times over my years visiting centre parcs and I have always loved their food. This was my first time visiting as a vegan, however. They did have a separate menu for vegan options however one of the items contained honeycomb so thats a bit strange.
Read moreI ordered the vegan Dutch Apple dessert pancake, the toppings were lazily done and the pancake itself tasted like bread, it was awful. As though it were made with just flour and water and maybe bicarb. The toppings themselves were tinned apple, sultanas, ice cream, cream, sugar and cinnamon which should have been a winning combo although it just looked like it was slapped on, the apples could have been chopped up or caramelised or something less lazy.
Also, the wait staff that handed me my plate had chocolate on her thumb! And left a lovely chocolate puddle on my plate as she handed it to me so clearly cross contamination isn't at the forefront of her mind. What if I had an allergy, what if I didn't notice?
Pancake House, do better.
Pros: Separate vegan and GF menus, They have vegan ice cream and cream, Some staff are lovely
Cons: Pancakes are awful, taste like bread, No effort or care gone into vegan dishes, Cross contamination from some wait staff

Now serving vegan pancakes - Edit
I was surprised to see that the Pancake House had created a vegan menu so chose to try a sweet pancake option. The actual pancake itself is nothing to write home about but the toppings were delicious and it was great to see such an establishment catering to vegans.

Cons: Pancakes themselves not so great

Fun location for vegan food - Edit
The pancake house isn’t the first place I thought of for getting good vegan food, but it has a whole vegan menu! The pancakes themselves are quite tasteless and not as good as homemade but the add ins make it a novelty: I had the farmers and it was very nice. I haven’t tried the sweet pancakes as most contain banana. Whilst there isn’t a children’s vegan menu, all entreés can be served as either a small or regular portion.

Cons: Not as good as homemade, No option for vegan ‘stacks’
