Great food in a lovely setting - Edit
Beautiful restaurant nestled away in the countryside. Menu changes seasonally and there's always multiple inventive vegan options for each course.

Incorrectly labelled vegan food - Edit
My husband and I ate here last night to celebrate his birthday. We were initially excited by the clearly labelled range of vegan options on the menu.
Read moreHowever, when we proceeded to order the Parmesan Churros and Pumpkin Tortellini (both clearly labelled vegan on the menu), we were told that they were not actually vegan. The waitress just ‘shrugged’ when we asked why it was clearly labelled so and said they should maybe look to update the menu seeing that it was incorrect.
We ordered the vegan olives, to be presented with olives and cheese… with no real apology given when we advised this was wrong. After we paid we realised they’d actually charged us for the cheese too - not worth contesting, but poor.
The food we did have was nice, but very disappointed at the incorrect menu false advertising a range of vegan food and attitude of staff.

Read moreThe food was very tasty and well presented. One thing to point out the menu’s ikons For vegan and vegetarian are the wrong way round. So The falafel burger shows as having a brioche bun yet says vegan the staff were aware of this and swap the brioche bun for something suitable.
If I was in the area again I would definitely pop in. Food is on the more expensive side but good Quality.
