Knowledgeable staff, clearly marked vegan options - Edit
This is a place where you know your vegan food is indeed vegan. It's clearly marked on the menu and staff is knowledgeable.
They have a great variety of vegan dishes that focus around wraps, burgers, rice bowls.
I tried the thai wrap. It was good but not something I still dream about. I also tried their kombucha and that is something I still dream about, I highly recommend the cucumber kombucha!
Pros: plenty of seating, clearly marked vegan options

Exceeds expectations by far--a delight! - Edit
Attached to a health food grocery store in a large shopping complex, this place surprised us with charm and character, and the food was excellent. More than half of the menu either was vegetarian or could be made vegan/vegetarian without any difficulty. We were there on a weekend night and were serenaded by awesome soft live music. The service was attentive, the servings are very generous, and the prices reasonable. Definitely worth a visit if you are anywhere near Nevada City!

Open Relatively Late for the Area - Edit
There are a lot of lunch-only, or places that close early in this area so it is nice that The Organic Grill is open until 9pm.
Very vegan-friendly. I tried the vegan sunburger w/ fries and it was very good. There is also a vegan "meatloaf" and vegan milkshakes!
