We ordered a cappuccino and a hot chocolate and both of us found eyebrow hairs (hopefully that’s what they were!) under the foam. We sent the drinks back barely touched and got replacements. Again, I found a third hair (!) in the bottom of my new Cappuccino but since I’d already drunk it, I decided to ignore it. When we left I told the waitress that I wouldn’t pay for the two drinks we didn’t drink. In my bad Turkish I said, “one cappuccino and one hot chocolate I won’t pay because hair.” When we left, a waiter chased up the street after us and told us we hadn’t paid. We returned to the cash register and discovered that they had accidentally only charged me for the two drinks I sent back and nothing else was included on the bill. Yes, I should have checked how much I paid rather than just swiping my card and walking away but since the waitress had already shown me the full bill on the screen, I thought that was what I had been charged for. This was a simple misunderstanding because of the language issue and could have easily been resolved amicably as I had returned happily to settle the rest of the bill but the manager was extremely aggressive. He accused us of deliberately trying to cheat them and even said we were banned! This was a shock and pointlessly petty since we would never return to this overpriced cafe after the hygiene issues and shoddy treatment. To make matters worse, now my wife and I both have stomach issues after eating their milky dessert! You should avoid this place at all costs. Yes, the coffee was nice and the staff who served us were lovely and apologetic about the stray hairs but the manager was very unpleasant and needlessly angry. I pity the staff for working under such a boss -and the place should be checked for hygiene issues.
They offer clearly labeled vegan bowls, desserts and burger. You can also try their granola bowls for breakfast which can be prepared with plant based milk. I tried their raw and vegan cheesecake with coffee and it was quite good.

Our got to caffe with some good vegan alternatives and nice drinks - Edit
Highly recommend the vegan deserts, bowls, hot and cold beverages, night time it turns to a cool bar. I love the vintage industrial interior.
