Wonderful Little restaurant, Greith, food, and Service

Nice little place with the entry in the alley behind the street of the address. I have a lentil wrap. That was absolutely delicious. Belong with the side salad instead of the fries. Some Ginger turmeric tea to go with. The honor is from Grace originally, and has a wide variety of vegetarian or vegan options. Noted with a green leaf on the menu.

There is a tremendous amount of none vegan/vegetarian stuff. Lots of desserts for those like that. Kind of so happy. I found this place.

The owner was friendly and very personable.

Pros: Food selection, Food Quality, Ambience/Services

Cons:

Good food

I agree with everything the previous reviewer stated. However her communication style is cultural. She is direct and no nonsense which felt off-putting at first. In talking to her after our meal we found that this is the oldest restaurant in Williamsport, she owns olive trees in Greece and imports the oil, she makes everything from scratch, and she wants to sell the place to someone who will keep it going. Unlike the previous poster the menu had green swirls to indicate what could be vegetarian or vegan. Don’t go between 2-5 if you can help it.

The falafel wrap I got was quite good and the seasoned fries had a great flavor. The portion of hummus on the wrap was large—not the little smear you get at most places.

Good food, rude service - vegan options unclear

Came here after seeing a billboard advertising vegan and vegetarian options. I was expecting to be able to clearly understand what is vegan on the menu (since that’s what they specifically advertised), but the menu itself is terrible to read for vegans. Nothing is clearly marked so I asked the owner for a vegan recommendation and she was rude and said she can’t read the menu for me.

The owner also had an attitude the whole time. She said that 2 - 5 PM is not lunch time and that she asks people to call if they’re going to come eat. Why would you stay open during that time if you don’t want customers to come in?

She also had a lot of weird rules and signs up. My husband left the door to the bathroom open and she gripped about that. There were signs saying to control your children and not to take cookies or pastries yourself, etc. The whole place just reeked of attitude.

Pros: Food

Cons: Prices, Service
