One of the few places where I can get wheat gluten - Edit
A nice organic shop with plenty of vegetarian and vegan products, supplements and alternative medicine which you hardly find anywhere else. They sell gluten, which is not available on mainstream supermarkets in Gauteng, so it's the place to go if you want to make seitan. It's also located in a central and turistic area, so if you are a foreigner, you'll get some options here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pity is doesn't have many ready made meals. Prices are moderate.
