Rough beginning but much improved - Edit
Elena was so kind, helpful, and personable as were all the staff. Unfortunately our taxi that they booked didn’t turn up for some reason. Elena managed to get someone to collect us 30 minutes later which was irritating but we weren’t charged which was a relief.

However we were served a vegetarian breakfast the next morning which was hugely disappointing when we’d booked a vegan hotel especially for this reason. There was still a nice vegan quinoa salad, orange juice, and extra fruit boxes to make up for it. Some of the pastries were vegan I think but the man delivering them wasn’t sure which ones. We left them all then.
The following days we had vegan breakfasts delivered and it was a lot of food. There was often a quinoa salad to share, a granola bar, a sweet bread, fruit cups and then some kind of main. One day it was a fried potato veg medley. Then it was a pesto veg sandwich thing and focaccia breads. It was nice but we were a bit bummed there was no vegan breakfast buffet like they had previously. Having said that it was fun getting breakfast in bed.
From doing some research it looked like even other more luxurious hotels were having catered deliveries for breakfast like this in boxes.
The room was very comfortable, spacious and felt luxurious.

Friendly staff in a good location - Edit
We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly. I also liked how it is just out of the busy section of Fira, so it’s quiet but only a few minutes walk away.

The main reason is for not giving a 5 star (which may be different later on in the season) is the website stated that there was a buffet a la carte breakfast and restaurant on site.
There was no restaurant and the buffet breakfast was no open, we were still provided breakfast from a catering company - which was nice and plentiful. However, it would have been nice to be able to choose, and, to have been made aware of this earlier.

Beautiful setting, quaint & friendly - Edit
We visited the Noverian Bios for our week long stay in Santorini. First of all, staying at an all vegan resort offers so much mental comfort knowing you don’t have to navigate the often difficult task of finding suitable options abroad. Something we’ve struggled with in the past. The hotel itself is in a great central location, a 5 minute walk from the capital Fira. It also has free parking right outside the hotel for you to park a rental car or ATV which is commonplace on the island giving you access to pretty much any part of the island within a 30 minute drive. The staff are welcoming and friendly & happy to converse, the complimentary lemonade on arrival was a nice touch. The rooms are very clean and almost cave like in appearance and laid out very nicely. Comfortable beds & great views from the balcony, we were fortunate enough to watch the sunrise most mornings from or room. Breakfast was delightful, with loads of fresh fruits, breads, pastries & cakes. I highly reccomend the filo pies filled with spinach & dill - sublime. If we were to visit Santorini again we’d certainly stay here again. It was really fairly priced but I realise the time of year & nature of pricing on booking means that can fluctuate a fair bit between seasons.

We were at a different hotel and had to leave because it was so horrible. The staff at Bios let us check in at 8:30am after booking at 1am that morning, gave us complementary breakfast and made us immediately feel at home
