Friendly staff in a good location - Edit
We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly. I also liked how it is just out of the busy section of Fira, so it’s quiet but only a few minutes walk away.

The main reason is for not giving a 5 star (which may be different later on in the season) is the website stated that there was a buffet a la carte breakfast and restaurant on site.
There was no restaurant and the buffet breakfast was no open, we were still provided breakfast from a catering company - which was nice and plentiful. However, it would have been nice to be able to choose, and, to have been made aware of this earlier.

Beautiful setting, quaint & friendly - Edit
We visited the Noverian Bios for our week long stay in Santorini. First of all, staying at an all vegan resort offers so much mental comfort knowing you don’t have to navigate the often difficult task of finding suitable options abroad. Something we’ve struggled with in the past. The hotel itself is in a great central location, a 5 minute walk from the capital Fira. It also has free parking right outside the hotel for you to park a rental car or ATV which is commonplace on the island giving you access to pretty much any part of the island within a 30 minute drive. The staff are welcoming and friendly & happy to converse, the complimentary lemonade on arrival was a nice touch. The rooms are very clean and almost cave like in appearance and laid out very nicely. Comfortable beds & great views from the balcony, we were fortunate enough to watch the sunrise most mornings from or room. Breakfast was delightful, with loads of fresh fruits, breads, pastries & cakes. I highly reccomend the filo pies filled with spinach & dill - sublime. If we were to visit Santorini again we’d certainly stay here again. It was really fairly priced but I realise the time of year & nature of pricing on booking means that can fluctuate a fair bit between seasons.

The staff here are absolutely amazing.

We were at a different hotel and had to leave because it was so horrible. The staff at Bios let us check in at 8:30am after booking at 1am that morning, gave us complementary breakfast and made us immediately feel at home
