Cauliflower burger or tacos - Edit
The portobello burger/tacos previously mentioned are now cauliflower burger/tacos (visited Oct 2023). Fried pickle chips without the mayo dip are also vegan. It was good but also didn't blow me away. Definitely good enough especially if staying in the area as very little options elsewhere.

Tacos!!! - Edit
From the outside you are not too sure what to expect. I can say that I was genuinely surprised walking into this big beautiful restaurant. They seated us by the window and we had a very nice with. Our waitress was a a doll! I let her know I was vegan and she made sure the kitchen made the appropriate accommodations. The Portobello Taco were pretty unreal, just so delicious and full of flavor!

Good options compared to other places in the area - Edit
Had the portobello tacos and they were awesome! They had some other good vegan options too, it’s a good place to go if you’re traveling with non vegans.
