Under new ownership - Edit
Much nicer more laid back atmosphere after a change of ownership. Several vegan options (soup, mezze, cous cous) on the main menu. Pizzas can all be made with vegan cheese.

This is a restaurant trying to be a Michelin star dining establishment but with a little ways to go. The veg tasting was very well cooked but with inadequate variety of techniques or flavors. The dining experience was too one note with every dish consisting of roast veg as the main item. No pasta, rice or anything but roast veg. Walked away needing more which is never what you want from a veg meal. If you want to spend that kind of money for an amazing Michelin star veg meal take the drive to Martin Wishart in Edinburgh
