Although I am new to WFPB I got a cake from this bakery and even though i thought it pricy….not only was it massive but tasted awesome!!!

It was for one of my granddaughters birthdays and other children that may have gluten issues…loved it!!!
This one however was for my oldest sons birthday!

Vegan Cake! - Edit
My friends surprised me with a gorgeous vegan birthday cake from the Neighborhood Nest. This is a dedicated gluten-free facility and they usually have many vegan options in the case ready to go - cakes, cupcakes, donuts, cinnamon rolls, quiche and more. You can call ahead to find out what options they have for the day.

My birthday cake was a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. It was ready to go on the shelf!
Appearance: 5/5. The cake was SO CUTE!! It was decorated with rainbow pastel confetti, edible glitter, an ice cream cone and the cutest cake topper!
Taste: 3.5/5. The cake was quite dense and tasted more like a bread. The buttercream frosting was super delicious though!
Can’t wait to try more treats!
