Didn't live up to expectations - Hit and Miss - Edit
I first reviewed Napoli here, August 2024, as per below. Well, we did go back and have dined there 4 times now. It'[censored] and miss. Twice it was very good. Between us, we had the vegan gnocchi, but asked them to prepare it in water, rather than fried and we've tried their vegan pizzas. Both a good experience, when done well. Our latest visit, July 2025, was poor. We had to wait over an hour for a simple pizza and when it arrived it was soggy. The restaurant was not particulary busy on a Wednesday evening. Based on our experience, you've a 50/50 chance of having a nice evening or ending up disappointed.

Napoli does have a good number of vegan options and the ambiance on a Thursday night was good. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Our food choices were disappointing however. We had a special of the day: vegan fried gnocchi, with a side salad and garlic bread. The gnocchi was dry and chewy and near inedible. My partner commented “I don’t know how you could manage to do that to gnocchi”. The salad was equally unpleasant, thoroughly drowned in an oily dressing. The garlic bread was pleasant enough but combined with the gnocchi and salad, we both left half our plates. We might give Napoli another go but we will be very careful with our menu choices next time.

it was a very unique restaurant and looked really cool. i had a wood fired pizza and it was very nice. the restaurant had lots of vegan options, however the service was extremely slow yet the staff were very nice

Caters really well to veggies and vegans with vg mozzarella so mostly everything is customisable. Pizza was really good so I would highly recommend 😊🍕

Amazing food and lots of choice! - Edit
There are plenty of pasta and pizza options for vegans, and the menu is constantly being adapted and added to. Lots of dessert choices too!
Read moreReally tasty food and reasonable prices. Booking is essential at the weekend but even when it's busy the place still has a nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff are great. Great for any occasion!
