Fantastic cocktails! Zero food. - Edit
We luckily came in on a Monday night, as they consider it “Prohibition Night”, which means no menu. The bartender works with you on creating a cocktail you will enjoy. It was a great experience, as he seemed to really have fun with it.

Excellent coffee and beautiful spot - Edit
Coffee by day, whiskey bar at night. I stopped in around 12:30 pm for a latte and found several milk options including soy, oat, and almond. I chose an oat milk latte and it was delicious and the perfect temperature. The server told me they typically offer a couple of vegan treats like a chocolate berry muffin and a raspberry scone but these sell out early. There are several peaceful small rooms to sit in and the vibe was relaxed and quiet even though there were a few small groups of people there at the time. There is outdoor seating but it was drizzly and cool so no one was outside today. Beautiful location in an historic house right at the end of a pier in Waterfront Place in Everett.
