Seems like they had better options in previous years. The fried mushrooms were great, the stuffed cabbage not so much. No dessert items. Nice room, good service, maybe next year’s menu will be a little different.

We very much enjoyed the Mountain Room restaurant. While Ahawanee restaurant has the nostalgia, this restaurant has the good food, good service and atmosphere.
Read moreAs vegans we had fried mushrooms for appetizer, with risotto and stuffed cabbage for main. It was awesome. A pleasant surprise for Yosemite concessions.
Our meal for 4 people was only $200 and that’s is a great value for this dinner experience.
We were told the chief is new and really trying to make an impact. Kudos because it was a highlight of our trip.
Pros: The vegan options anywhere in Yosemite , Quality food

Best bbq sandwich I’ve had! - Edit
Clearly labeled vegan items on the menu, not too much to choose from- however the vegan bbq sandwich was so freaking amazing! You don’t need anything else to choose from 😂 happy to have found this option!!

Wow great undexpected food - Edit
Must try the vegan upside down pineapple cake! It’s delicious. The tofu was a bit bland but the salty mushroom and lentils were fantastic.

The fried oyster mushroom are also great. The service is a bit slow but it’s also a busy place.

We were pleasantly surprised to find good vegan options at this full service restaurant in Yosemite Lodge. We even enjoyed a partial view of Yosemite Falls from the window. We had the mushroom appetizer and the Beyond Burger and Cambodian tofu as mains.
