I apologize for my new and uninformed employee. Our vegan dogs are hand made in small batches by our chef and they are 100% vegan. No eggs. No dairy. Just vegetables, beans flour and a proprietary spice blend.

Delicious vegan hot dogs! - Edit
A great little lunch spot. We got the bean dog and the Chicago dog. The bean dog definitely lived up to its name, it was LOADED with beans! Got some local chips on the side to complete the meal. But everything was yummy. I’d definitely go back!

Moody Dog is right off Maine St in a stationary food truck with attached little outdoor seating area (dog friendly!). They make their own vegan hotdogs and several menu items can be veganized. We tried the Chicago Dog and it was really good. Would go back!

Most menu items can be made vegan and the dogs are homemade, vegan and gf. We had the kimchi and the Chicago dog and both were excellent.

Got the Chicago Dog, was pretty tasty! Zero pleasantries tho. I asked what the dog was made of and she said “Vegetables. I’m not telling you more.” Okay then... Tasted pretty much like a veggie patty, pressed into a hotdog shape, but I’ll take it!

Good Sauerkraut hot dogs - Edit
The Sauerkraut hot dog can be easily made vegan: just ask for the vegan dog. The other options technically can too, if you take off most of their toppings. The lady who owns the truck is lovely and helpful and said they cook the vegan dogs separately from the meat ones

Moody Dog has a food truck and hot dog cart on the coast in Belfast. Many of their options can be ordered with a vegan hot dog, and they also have vegan, gluten free buns. He seating is outdoors, or you can get food to go. I’ll definitely be coming back here!
