A must visit! - Edit
Such a cute place and a great find for a good vegan breakfast. Servers were very friendly and attentive. We had the Boca sammie and two different iced coffees. Everything was delicious and we’ll likely be back to try more.

A lovely experience from beginning to end - Edit
The Modern Rose is a lovely moment from first step onto the porch, decorated beautifully with an antique telephone booth and more. The range of the menu is exciting! The vegan options are plentiful and you cannot go wrong! The staff is helpful and attentive! The music is so fitting classical with a modern twist. Look around everything is enthusiastic with a purpose. Look around, you’ll notice something different everytime!
