Be sure to specify vegan when ordering to avoid non-vegan buns, sauces, and/or cheese. Reservations aren't required but they advisable especially in summer. Fantastic location, okay vegan options - Edit
The location cannot be beat. It was wonderful sitting outside next to the Poudre river! There were a few options that could be made vegan, but nothing inspiring. I had the hummus plate, which was large and had lots of veggies, and the house salad. Both were fine. There were some fun non-alcoholic drinks too!
