Accommodating and knowledgeable

The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu! Whatever they weren’t 100% sure on, they confirmed in the back. We got the four course meal, and it was pleasantly surprising! The cheese and chocolate were incredibly accurate. I wish there was more than just impossible meatballs and veggies, but those were good at least!

Great 4 Course Menu

I was shocked how vegan friendly this place is, and I'd strongly recommend if you want to try something a bit different.

The vegan cheese fondue was perhaps the nicest vegan cheese I've had, they really seasoned it well, and all the other courses were fantastic also. I was completely stuffed after the 4 courses, you get your moneys worth!

Very accommodating

Before I knew that Melting Pot had a vegan menu, I actually drove past and made a joke about having dinner there. It ended up being great!

The first course is cheddar fondue with various breads, veggies and green apple. You can ask for more dippables if you run out. The manager gave us an off-menu tip: ask for the cheese Fiesta style, which adds salsa and jalapeños.

The second course is a salad that’s better than the menu makes it sound. The raspberry walnut vinaigrette is made in-house.

The third course is veggies and baked tofu that you can either deep fry or grill at your table and dip into various sauces. Our server was on-point enough to ask us if honey was okay, since the tofu had a honey glaze. We went with the grill option and found that it took a pretty long time to cook. The carrots in particular never really cooked. It probably just needed a higher temp to be set on the cooktop.

The last course is dark chocolate fondue with strawberries, pineapple, bananas, and blackberries. The chocolate was perfect! You can order more dippables for $1 if you run out, but we were so stuffed we ended up leaving some chocolate. The strawberry pieces were cut rather small and kept getting lost in the pot. Halves would be better.

At $35 per person, it’s very reasonable. IMPORTANT: If you’re going with a mixed group, keep in mind that you only get one cooktop for every four people. So you’ll have to all agree on a cheese and chocolate, and the cooking style for the main entree (fry or grill) will be shared by all.
