Cosy pub with separate vegan menu

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve driven past here and wondered… well today I finally tried it and was very impressed.

The menu has plenty of vegan choice and I chose Hoisin mushrooms with rice. I love Hoisin flavours but never want the fake duck it usually comes with so this was a happy find! Didn’t disappoint it was yummy.

I followed it up with the vegan crumble which was heaven.

Great choice

Make sure you ask for the separate vegan menu which has plenty of options for starters, mains and desserts. Also a couple of wines on there. It’s a popular pub and best to book, especially at weekends. The food is very well presented, service was fast and friendly. If you don’t ask for the vegan menu you’ll only find one or two options.
It’s one of the better meals I’ve had lately. #Veganuary
