Awesome little cafe! - Edit
We ordered the TLT (tofu, lettuce & tomato) on molasses wheat bread. Amazing! Our daughter got The Swiss and they subbed cucumber for the avocado as she doesn't like it. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making our selections. Love to organic/local greens. WILL come here again!!!

Thoughtful Vegan Options on the Island - Edit
The Lunchbox Cafe is the most vegetarian and vegan friendly restaurant in Galveston. Laura & Daya serve local ingredients when possible and make everything in-house. All of Daya's baked goods are vegan and new vegan options are always being added to their menu and weekly specials. The iced toddy style coffee is the best on the island and Laura's vegan rice crispy treats are incredible. The weekly farmer's market is a must!

While it's not 100% veg, it does have several yummy veg options; which makes life a little easier for veg*ns in Galveston, TX. The atmosphere is very cool, and the service is great. I will be going back!
