Vegan Options at a State Park

I was thankful they had included an impossible burger 🍔 on the menu for lunch. Most sides were vegan friendly. Met the head chef and told him to include more vegan options in the future. Burger was cooked well, just ask for no Mayo or cheese. They were happy to sub out things as well. The waitress understood what vegan was and willing to accommodate. For breakfast, they have avoctoasr with a side of fresh fruit. 😋

Pros: Understanding of veganism

Cons: Need more options.
