Best place in Falls for Vege/vegans - Edit
Insider tip (I live here): Best dish is the “Loaded Vegan Toast”. No longer on the menu but if you ask for it they’ll make it. Avocado on locally-made Sourdough, fried potatoes, spinach, fried mushrooms, and vege sausages.

The best view for food at Victoria Falls - Edit
First of all I have to say the view here of the gorge is absolutely amazing and almost doesn’t look real. We ate here twice in one day after having such a good experience in the morning for breakfast and so we went back for lunch. There are a few marked vegan options on the menu which was a welcome sight. We had the vegan pancakes which were delicious, lovely coffee, and then the vegan burger for lunch. Both were really tasty and it definitely seemed like both meals were actually vegan. It was very expensive and approaching London prices which is to be expected in a touristy city. We walked up from the main market area outside the entrance of the main falls, there is a little path that joins up to the road.

Great option when visiting the Falls - Edit
The burger we had was huge and delicious. Served with french fries and garden salad. Salad wasn’t just poor looking lettuce, tomato and cucumber but the proper salad with extra roasted pumpkin etc

Gorgeous restaurant with Vegan options - Edit
The restaurant has an amazing view over the river. You can also watch people swinging or ziplining over the gorge.
Read moreThe staff is very professional - more an upscale vibe but not much more expensive than other places.
During the day it is safe to walk there, but not recommended at dawn/sunset or night as you might come across wid animals. Short taxi drive.
For the food: I got the beetroot/chickpea/lentil burger. It comes along with fries and a bit of salad.
It is great that the menu has labels for vegan food and the staff is knowledgeable.
Also nice that the food does has some protein in it.
The "vegan cheese" is some kind of yellow patty....nowhere close to cheese.
But nice effort I would say.
Instead of fake meats and cheese they made something from scratch and that's cool for me.
Taste was OK.

A few vegan options - Edit
This place has beautiful views of the Zambezi River and canyon. Great vibe. There are a few vegan options (difficult to find in the area), one even had tofu (any place I asked about tofu I rcvd a blank look back). One vegan breakfast option (banana pancakes) and 3 for lunch/dinner).
