Vegetarian friendly? Yes. Vegan friendly? No. - Edit
Have tried to get vegan burgers here twice, and they’ve messed up both times. Hostesses/servers do not understand what vegan is (equate it to gluten free), and all Huns but gf automatically come with an egg wash. First time, they didn’t put impossible patty on. Second time, they added cheese. Both times it took several minutes to order because they didn’t understand how to ring it in.

Many menu options are vegetarian and can be made vegan or dairy-free. Try the delicious mushroom/avocado tacos (without crema to be vegan).

Good vegan options. Offers beyond meat burger, vegan cheese on a flatbread, and a gluten free bun. The soft pretzels can be made vegan by request (no melted butter). They have dog-friendly outdoor seating and gave my pouch a free homemade dog biscuit.

Started off with the hummus, then had the beyond burger as my entree. So good!!! Good prices and the staff is so freakin nice!!

The server was Vegetarian and very familiar with the ingredients and what was not safe for me as a vegan to eat. The mushroom tacos were heavenly! For my side salad The lemon dressing is the only vegan option and it’s AMAZING!! My husband had the stuffed pepper with daiya and it was great but my tacos trumped that!

Starved Rock Country Gem - Edit
Lots of vegan/vegetarian options available. You can even get their flatbreads with vegan cheese. Servers understand what vegan means. This place is a gem in an area where there aren’t many vegan options. My personal favorite is the mushroom tacos option. The beer is phenomenal as well!
