Serves meat, vegan options available. Upmarket/trendy pub on the Nepean River, offering a pub-style menu and a Modern Australian cuisine menu with lots of marked vegan dishes on each of the menus. Includes starters, a plant-based schnitzel, burger, roast eggplant and salads. Open Mon-Wed 10:00am-12:00am, Thu-Sat 10:00am-2:00am, Sun 10:00am-10:00pm.

Classy venue in the west and nice staff

Classy (and very not classy*) modern large scale pub
Lovely staff and a menu that’s made some vegan effort
A little insular atmosphere wise on an early Fri evening
*not classy = attracting punters and monetizing the flogging of horses and dogs

Pros: Probably more effort than many inner city pubs , Clean and modern, Beautiful views

Cons: Burger is fairly “sterile” but ok , If less insular I could convert more to be vegan , Chips are standard and probs vege oil 🤔👎

A LOG-ical place

Very nice venue with river views. Friendly service too. Both the schnitzel and schnitzel burger were nice generous servings. They could work harder on publishing vegan options

Pros: Specific vegan dishes , Great location

Cons: Limited vegan options.

A great atmosphere. Good food

The only main I could see on the menu was the vegan/plant based schnitzel, no other main was VG by default. In saying that though, it was quite tasty, a bit too much salt on top though. Good portion size. I'd go back, because it was a really nice place to eat and drink with friends.

Lively pub with tasty vegan options

The Log Cabin is a very cool pub that offers several different vegan options. The have a vegan burger with fries, vegan schnitzel with fries and a side salad, a warm cauliflower/beet/chickpea/kale salad that can be made vegan by OMITTING the goat cheese. The Harissa spiced pumpkin could be made vegan too by omitting the labneh. I had the warm cauliflower salad and it was fantastic! My husband had the vegan schnitzel and it was great too.
