Delicious!

Love this place, cool vibe, cool staff, great food 🤩
We went here 2 times in a row, the second time we took non vegan friends, didn’t mention everything was vegan and afterwards we told them they ate plantbased and they really couldn’t believe it 😂🤘🏼💪🏼

Pros: Everything is vegan , Did I mention the lovely staff? 😁

Cons: You need to choose 😂

Great find!

What a great restaurant! So many vegan options. We were able to order strait off the menu. “It’s hard to believe it’s vegan” - my 15 year old son

Exceptional food & near I-40

Nice area and easy parking. The food was creative and delicious. I had the layered enchiladas bowl and husband had the Down Home BBQ bowl. They were both wonderful. Lots of options for baked goods available. No outdoor seating for doggies so we ate in the car. It was worth it!

Pros: Lots of options! Affordable., Creative and high quality food., Uplifting interior in nice area.

Cons: No outdoor seating for doggies

Awesome place to eat...

It’s really cool to have such a great option in a town and state that is traditionally meat focused. I came here from Florida and just happy to be able to relax.

Pros: Mac and cheeze- awesome flavors , Affordable and huge portions, Lots of Space to eat and bring groups

Great Restaurant

The menu is diverse and delicious. The take out is always on time and on point.

I couldn't be more impressed with this place. So happy that there is a vegan restaurant in OKC.

As a bonus, I took my non-vegetarian mom there and she also loved her meal.

I will keep coming back for more.

Pros: good value, good diverse menu, good take homes (cashew cheese sauce!)

OMG!! Deliciousness!

My first time in OKC and The Loaded Bowl is my first vegan stop. I had the Spaghetti Oke (grilled spaghetti squash covered with 7 veggie marinara, spinach, broccoli and peas) topped with cashew parmesan, a lavender lemonade and a gluten free banana cupcake with not butter cream. It is sooooo good! I shall return for the SW Quinoa Bowl.

Nice decor, food ok

I liked the neighborhood with the little shops nearby, and I liked the decor of the restaurant. I went on a Wednesday just before 7pm and there was only one person in front of me waiting in line. By 730pm the line was out the door (I think because they have bingo games on Wednesday night around that time). I ordered the sesame rice loaded bowl. I though it was OK, but it had way too much mock meat. I would have rather had more veggies in the mix such as chunks of carrots, celery, etc instead of all that mock meat. It did come with a good amount of broccoli. If I were going to be in town longer, I would probably try it again, but I would order something different. They have two sizes of bowls, and the larger one is enough for 3 meals.

Pros: Cute neighborhood

Cons: Too much mock meat on what I ordered

Vegan oasis off the interstate!

I found this gem through scanning Happy Cow while on a cross country road trip and we just happened to be passing through OKC on interstate 40 around dinner time. The restaurant is conveniently close to the interstate and it wasn’t that hard to pop off the road to eat dinner and then get right back to the interstate afterward (maybe 5 minutes away). The food was DELICIOUS and ALL plant based which is wonderful! The garlic bread was awesome and the “Chicken” melt bowl was filling. We even got a cookie and pistachio donut as treats to go for the road! The staff were also friendly and understanding of how embarrassingly excited to was to find an ALL vegan restaurant (don’t have any where I’m from). All in all, so glad this place exists and we were able to stop for dinner! Oh and the prices are acceptable since you get so much food - we were stuffed!

Pros: ALL VEGAN FOOD, Bakery treats available, Friendly staff

Obsessed

I’ve been here three times in a week (it’s that good). For the price and the amount of food you get, it’s easily my favorite all-vegan restaurant.

Oklahoma City Surprise

Driving from Amarillo to Philadelphia saw there was a vegan restaurant not far of Rt 40. We didn’t have high expectations but WOW!
Some of the best food we have had anywhere.
It is really worth the stop. Grab some vegan treats on the way out. You won’t be disappointed.

Pros: Reasonably priced , Casual atmosphere

Cons: neighborhood looks a little industrial., You may think you are in the wrong place.

Enjoyed Lunch & Dinner at the Loaded Bowl

The Loaded Bowl
We visited this Vegan Restaurant for the first time on Oct 3, 2017
Bought Lunch & Dinner at the Loaded Bowl in Oklahoma City, OK

Cashew Cheese & Macaroni with fake-meat BBQ
And veggie nachos
The nachos were very good, ill order those again (and we will be back in OKC)

More pictures

The other, well i should have read the menu better, i saw cashew nut cheese & macaroni and not the BBQ part... i hate BBQ and i dont like fake-meat at all, any flavor, so there was no way i was gonna like half this meal
I ate it, and this was prob made well. But, just not my taste

The deserts... got a huge rice crispy thing with chocolate on top, took three days to eat

Well, they had a few day old things marked down, so that always catches my attention. .. i grabbed a strawberry & black pepper (yes black pepper) scone. .. it was awesome !!! Try new things, this was great, dry, sweet scone, with strawberry flavor and a warm black pepper after flavor, wow.. i would have never known that could be a thing, very good, try it

Glad to have a vegan option when we are in town for the museum or passing through to Tulsa

Highly recommend

Some of the best vegan food we've ever had. We loved the food at this place. The menu was so creative and amazing, it was hard to choose, so we ordered three dishes for the two of us. We had the lasagna, spaghetti squash, and a noodle dish with peanut sauce. Everything was delicious and they had generous portions (so, combined with ordering three entrees, we had leftovers to look forward to the next day). Who knew we could find such great vegan food in Oklahoma!

Pros: Food, Desserts, Generous portions

OKC Vegan Gem

Loved this place. Happened upon it using this app of course, while road tripping from Chicago to LA. We got the Mac n cheese, enchiladas and the sesame rice bowl (see pic). The Mac n cheese was so bomb! But i mean so was everything else. Oh - and can’t forget the PB Cookie Sandwich. Yum Nation.

Great food. great atmosphere

I loved this place. Easy to find off the highway. Very friendly and helpful staff and environment. Comfy booths, chairs a cool shade of green. All the food - all vegan, most dishes adaptable to be gluten-free - looked very appetizing. I went for the Layered Enchiladas which came with chips and seasonal vegetables (in this case broccoli). This was delicious. Will def be stopping here again next time I'm in Oklahoma City.

Pros: All vegan, most dishes adaptable to be gluten-free

Cons: More on the side of comfort food though there were
