Food on the expensive side - Edit

Nice bar with quick service. Food isn't cheap and burgers don't come with fries. Had the Eros plate which was spicy but delicious! Good selection of craft beers and cocktails

Have coconut milk for coffee, but 40p surcharge.

Made Me Realise being Vegan can be Tasty!! - Edit

Excuse the blanket title, but as a meat eater I have always been really hesitant to move to vegan because I dislike a lot of salad items and didn't want to have to eat bland food. I just had literally the best burger I've ever had, however, which has proved me wrong. My vegan fiancé is also singing his praises. The Temple Burger is an exceptional meal!! The staff are wonderful and the venue is really quirky - for example our table is a converted pinball table that is still lit up. They are also very accommodating as I needed gluten free options which they were happy to oblige. We will definitely be coming back. #Veganuary

Tasty vegan burgers - Edit

The Lioness of Leith has an extensive burger menu, a few of which are vegan or can be made vegan. I really liked The Temple burger, which is made with a cajun bean patty, but The Hippie with portobello mushroom is also really good.
