Epic vegan food

Gigantic portions and hearty food. I particularly love the lasagna!

A little expensive but large portions and delicious food.

This is in a lovely location literally in the middle of moors. The menu had a few vegan meal items. I can also confirm that they had vegan dessert on the menu. I also noted some vegan items on the daily specials menu. For main meals there was a burger and a butter bean sweet potato and spinach stew. I chose the stew. It was a hearty home-made type stew that was filling and delicious. Seemed pricey at over £18 but the portion size is generous. It comes with thick cut chips, peas and salad. My mother and I shared the meal and there was enough stew left over for me to have for lunch the following day (you can get a takeaway box from them).

The nicest curry ever!!

This is my favourite pub for a nice meal! There are always at least 3 vegan options and last time I visited there was a vegan stew on the specials menu too! Can’t fault the food here, and the portions are huge! The vegan Penang curry is probably the nicest curry I’ve ever had. Fab place for vegans to visit x

Pros: Portion sizes massive, Lovely place to be, cosy but lots of seating, 3+ vegan options

Cons: Not sure they do any vegan desserts
