Great vegan breakfast option in Vero! - Edit
There aren’t a lot of options for vegans in Vero Beach (rather surprisingly), so places with plant based options becomes the de facto reality for visitors to this amazing beach town. Since I was with omni family members they happily agreed to go to The Lemon Tree so that we could all eat breakfast together one morning. I give full marks to the Tofu Scramble which you customize with personalized added choices. Added a side of home fries and it was a delicious meal in this period diner. Sometimes we don’t have the luxury of full vegan restaurants when we travel, so places like The Lemon Tree that care about us plant based folks are to be appreciated sometimes. Great food, and our server was charming and friendly. Lovely place for a brunch while on vacation.

Finally vegan breakfast! - Edit
It’s tough to find vegan options in Vero but The Lemon Tree offers a delicious tofu scramble and you get to choose three items to include onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, vegan cheese, and beyond sausage!  it also comes with two pieces of toast of your choice and a side (home fries, grits). The icing on the cake is that they also have vegan milk choices so I could enjoy some coffee as well.
