Nice food, but not too spicy - Edit
My sis and I had a vegan satay (a bit tasteless) and a breaded tofu (very delicious). Main courses were soy paneer and vegetarian chicken with vegetables in curry with white rice. It was nice, but unfortunately not spicy.

Kortgeleden heb ik een bezoek gebracht aan deze mooie plek bij een dagje Den Haag en het was een erg goede ervaring! Het eten was heerlijk en een feest om te krijgen! Als je van goed Aziatisch eten houd is deze plek aan te raden. De ober was erg vriendelijk en een prachtig voorbeeld van hoe horeca hoort te zijn! Heerlijke fles wijn gedronken terwijl het niet op de kaart stond omdat hij bereidt was extra moeite te doen, werd erg gewaardeerd!

We zijn hier 1 keer geweest en ik vind het meer een cafetaria dan een restaurant. Ook qua menukeuze. De smaak was goed, maar als het eten beter was en de locatie sfeervoller, waren we vaker langs geweest.

The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. The dishes we ordered - chicken curry, wonton soup, chicken salad - were all very tasty. The flavors are great. The portions are very generous and reasonably priced. The star of the evening for me was the chocolate cake, very fluffy and full of flavour. The staff was very friendly. I'll definitely come back to try the other dishes!

The Leaf is a vegan/vegetarian restaurant in the Hague. Not all dishes are as good but I absolutely love the 'Polo Kai', the 'Bami' and their vegan sate! Went back for that several times. The staff is very friendly and prices are ok.

Usually pretty empty but the the service is slow. However we enjoy going here because it's affordable food that is pretty good. The staff is kind, even if not very efficient. I like that it's never busy and we can take our dog inside so it's a good spot for us to go in bad weather when sitting outside with the dog isn't an option. We have never had a bad experience with the food.

I think it is very rare to see restaurants around this area to be empty, but it was very empty on Sunday evening. The food was ok, but not great. I don’t think they microwave everything on the menu, but they definitely did for an appetizer that was served to the other table. My friend said that it was watered down Asian food. I think you would be better off going to a normal Asian restaurant and asking for a vegetarian/vegan option.

A simple restaurant close to the centre of The Hague. Pretty simple vegetarian menu with vegan options and my meat-eating friend loved it! Great for a quick eat..nothing too fancy, oh and the portions were well sized!

I was disappointed to find out that our food was prepared/warmed up in a microwave. The service wasn’t the best either. Food was not bad, but not all too impressive either. If the thought of electromagnetically radiated food doesn’t bother you, then go!

As clearly stated by others. The athmosphere was not great and the food was not mindblowing. But it was okay and the service was friendly. As you have quite some options on the menu, it's an option if you are nearby but I wouldn't especially go there.

Met het gezin een keertje uit eten in Den Haag en als vegetariërs kwamen we bij dit restaurant terecht. Voor de sfeer moet je er zeker niet heen gaan, idee van een snackbar met wat tafels. Maar je hoopt dat het eten dit ruimschoots compenseerd...Maar helaas, het eten stelde niet veel voor en ja, de uitspraak ‘dit maken wij thuis beter’, was hier op zijn plaats. Zelfs met weinig mensen in het restaurant duurde het lang voor gerechten werden geserveerd. Wij gunnen ieder vegetarisch restaurant veel succes en schrijf het liefst positieve reviews. Maar samen met knullige bediening en te kort aan servies (niet genoeg theepotten, saus in plastic bakjes), een slechte ervaring. Hoop dat het vanaf nu alleen maar beter gaat in de toekomst en onze ervaring uitzondering is, anders verwacht ik geen lange houdbaarheid voor dit restaurant.

Exceptionally vegan friendly with many vegan choices superior to their veggie ones!

With spring rolls and tofu squares to start their was little room for dessert which we so desperately wanted- choice of vegan mango or coconut ice creams.
Friend had veggie risotto which was very nice.
A delightful place highly recommended to all vegan and non-vegan travellers and locals.
Prices were very reasonable. Only accept maestro cards not visa or mastercard.
Pros: super friendly staff, cosy and clean, great vegan choices

Delicious vegan food at a good price. Strictly vegetarian and plenty of -clearly marked- vegan options. The owner was friendly and clearly passionate about cooking. Highly recommended!
