Delicious, affordable vegan curry - Edit

Delicious vegan food at a good price. Strictly vegetarian and plenty of -clearly marked- vegan options. The owner was friendly and clearly passionate about cooking. Highly recommended!

Pros: Strictly vegetarian, Many vegan options, Good prices

decent but needs improvement - Edit

Went here with a party of four. Service was friendly and welcoming, but quickly descended into total chaos. We asked for the daily menu advertised outside, which the waitress then said they didn't have and we should order a la carte. After we ordered the chef came to tell us some items were sold out, and he recommended stuff from the daily menu they just told us they didn't have...

There was also some confusion about which dishes were vegan as they had two different menu folders with conflicting information.

Our good differed greatly in quality: some stuff was very good (mainly the desserts) but my eggplant was, to put it very kindly "chewy", but some would say barely edible.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and go back here, but they really should run things in a more professional way.

Update: went again. Service was still messy. Again didn't tell us that a bunch of dishes were sold out. My food was decent but slightly burned. Everybody around us was complaint they had to wait very long for their food, but ours actually arrived timely, so I guess we did good to arrive late and didn't go typical Dutch dinner time.

Pfffff yeah it's cheap, but it's also still unprofessional.

Pros: good desserts

Cons: chaotic service, not all good was good

positive experience - Edit

We ate here two weeks ago. The food was good and service friendly. They have just been able to have an alcohol license which was good to know too.
I had moussaka and my husband had satay. Both of which were tasty. It's an unusual menu with oriental options along side Italian.
I would come again.

Pros: vegetarian near the centre

Lots of delicious food! - Edit

We went here today for my grandma's bday with the family, 11 persons. Had a great time and everybody loved the food, shared different dishes and everything tasted great. There's a lot of variety on the menu and most things are or can be made vegan. Staff was friendly and it was very affordable. Would recommend!

Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff, Good portions

Cons: Appetizers took long to arrive (large group though

Tasty food, reasonable prices, handy location - Edit

We had spring rolls and sate 'chicken' for starters, followed by soya paneer with cashew rice and veggie 'chicken' with noodles. All very tasty, ample portions, friendly service. Good choice of vegan dishes. Definitely recommend a visit.

Pros: friendly staff, tasty and ample portions

Nice food, but not too spicy - Edit

My sis and I had a vegan satay (a bit tasteless) and a breaded tofu (very delicious). Main courses were soy paneer and vegetarian chicken with vegetables in curry with white rice. It was nice, but unfortunately not spicy.
There vegan en vedic options.

Pros: Nice ambiance, Great location, near shoppingarea, Healthy choices

Cons: Asian dishes are not too spicy

tasty - Edit

About half the menu is suitable for vegans (all labelled). I had bruschetta then stuffed aubergine and a veggie burger. All of which were delicious. Quite a few vegan desserts but I was too full to try them!

Pros: decent portion size, price, english speaking staff
