Miss, if you're hungry - Edit
One vegan option was all there was when I was there last fall. Had it been amazing, I could back. However it was on the small side of a main, quite expensive and nothing I couldn't have made myself at home.
Plus for cute color coordinated book shelves and play corner for kids.

Great vegan toast - Edit
Great vegan toast with grilled egg plant, hummus and lettuce. Nice atmosphere, and with a play corner for children. A good selection of beer.
Apart from their vegan toast, a bread basket with hummus and a plate of fruit, their menu is rather centered around meat, dairy and eggs, and many of their vegetarian options are also based on eggs and cheese. A vegan breakfast plate, equivalent to their "clean/dirty morgenmad" for 88 DKK would be great. Maybe with scrambled tofu and vegan dogs. Mmm.
