Previously operated as Pink Ladies - 50s Diner. Note: The kitchen closes at 9:30pm, no take-away after that. Removed meat from the menu September 2023 - mostly vegan but offers dairy cheese. Open Thu-Fri 17:00-20:30, Sat 12:00-17:00.

Der Landen bietet gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Fast alles ist hier Vegan! Preise passen.
Read moreWie in jedem Diner, ist die Einrichtung Geschmackssache. Finde es beim Burger essen aber sehr passend. So richtig gesund ist das Essen hier nicht. Dafür schmeckt alles was ich getestet habe.
Der Laden ist nicht komplett perfekt, bekommt aber einen Bonus Stern allein deshalb weil sie in der Region auf Vegan umgestellt haben, was bestimmt nicht immer leicht ist.

Ich komme so gerne ins Diner, die Menschen sind so lieb und fröhlich und es ergeben sich immer gute Gespräche. Das Diner ist stilecht eingerichtet und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen. Wenn man Essen bestellen muss, ist die Auswahl immer so schwer, da es alles vegan ist! Essen kommt zügig und schmeckt sagenhaft lecker! Ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal. 🥰

I had much better vegan burgers and also the dessert - a vegan icecream Shake for 12€(!) was not as I would have expected.
The location is definitely cool and impressive, but to come to Esslingen for semi-good and pricey fast food isn't something I prefer...

What a great place!! The vegan options are cheaper than the omni options! And they have so many vegan options. Had the burger and fries (both delicious) and will go back soon to try the vegan milkshakes.

Anyone who loves kitsch or longs to return to the time of poodle skirts and rock 'n' roll, will be hopelessly devoted (as Sandy sings in Grease) to this restaurant, where a Fifties-style diner has been replicated to the smallest detail. Waitresses are kitted out in rosy-hued uniforms, and music from an American radio station with an Eisenhower-era playlist blares from the speakers. Vegans have a choice of several burgers (as well as sides and a few other items), and although the battered-and-fried type of patty is not my personal favorite, with its made-from-scratch barbecue sauce and freshly baked bun, my Dancing Gunman (see photo) was undeniably tasty. My husband's Green Velvet Fire Starter (also pictured) featured house-made jalapeño mayonnaise and sliced avocado. We split an order of Cross Cuts, or waffle fries, to leave ourselves room for the vegan brownie, which arrived still warm, with a scoop of vanilla and a pile of whipped cream — tinted pink, of course!

Great vegan menu, with the same variety of "burger" on a regular burger menu. Meaning all the same with different toppings. The vegan patty was a big hit with my friend and I, I had a spicy Jalapeno burger and he had a classic. I had waffle fries, which I love and he had regular.. shockingly this was too much food for me. I think it was all the grease, but it was delicious.

They offer lots of fun drinks too.
There is always a long line waiting and we only ate there after trying 3 times and finally going early (@ 6:00pm). People often show up dressed in '50's style teen garb, like poodle skirts and tight white Tee's.
Pros: Reminds me of the US, Dessert , Waffle fries
Cons: no reservations, kitchen closes at 9, you'll smell like the grill
