Cakes looked great and tasted delicious!! I am now very popular at work after ordering Koalaty cakes to be delivered to my office in Lichfield for a birthday. Promptly delivered for a tiny delivery charge. I recommend Koalaty to anyone who wants to make friends, and win over the boss!! Who knows, your order of Koalaty cakes might get you that payrise you deserve??

Best Carrot Cake I've Ever Had - Edit
I found their stall at a Lichfield producer market and snagged three cakes - carrot cake, bakewell tart and salted caramel waffle brownie.
Read moreCarrot cake: honestly amazing. Sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. Perfect icing. The cake part was sooooo squidgy. Loved the edible flowers. Have absolutely nothing bad to say.
Bakewell tart: the jam was full of flavour. The texture and consistency of the base was just right. Also perfect balance of sweetness.
Waffle Brownie: my least favourite of the three but still really good. The brownie was very soft. The waffles were a little chewy but I think that might be because I left it til last to eat.
Need to find them again to try everything else.

Vegan cakes are often dense and too sweet but these cakes were so light and perfect sweetness.

Delicious baked goods - Edit
We found the Koalaty Bakery at Lichfield market. Unsure if they have stalls anywhere else. We bought the chocolate filled cookie, a Viennese whirl and a slice of focaccia. The focaccia in particular was lovely as it had tomatoes in it.
