Everything here is so good, I’ve tried all of the sandwiches and most of the sides and I always come back. I only wish I could eat there everyday.

Best Vegan Sandwich Combos in Orlando - Edit
I’ve been visiting here since they were at their old Winter Garden location and they’re a lunch favorite of mine.
Read moreThe sandwich portions are SO BIG! Either get a full sub and have enough to split or get a half sub combo (I highly recommend their Mac and cheese side with that). The seitan is made in house and if you’re a fan of it they usually sell separate packages of it in their shopping area, although the fridges have been kind of empty the last couple of times I visited.
If you don’t mind spending extra money there is kombucha, vegan baked sweets and vegan ice cream sold in the same building, but personally I usually skip these and just drink the free water. If you do get sweets, I recommend the fridge vegan chocolate bars (They’re like imitation snickers!) and the seasonal flavor bakery cheesecake slices. Just keep in mind that all these add ons can easily make a $15 meal into a $35 meal.
UPDATE: They are no longer selling deli seitan in the fridges. If you want it you have to ask for it at the cash register. You’ll save money if you get a full pound of the same type but not for two half pounds of two different types. If you get the full pound it can be cheaper than Tofurky!

Cons: Wish they sold the deli slices more often, Parking can be hard during events, It can be easy to overspend on multiple businesses

I nearly missed this place despite looking for it, as the street view has Market South written on the sign over the door. When inside the place was spotlessly clean. Staff wandering around when not busy cleaning surfaces. Now the food. I ordered the Cowboy Killer, large Mac and Cheese and Ranch Salad. The biggest mistake I made was ordering too much. The serving sizes were very generous. The sandwich/sub was very delicious with the melted cheese and spicy aioli, toasted crispy on the outside. The macaroni was al dente with tasty, cheesy coating. The salad was the best presented salad I've had here. As a visitor from Australia who normally stays in LA, this is my 3rd Orlando vegan eatery. It is by far the best I've tasted here.

I ordered one sandwich to go and a side of Mac and cheese. I should have ordered two different sandwiches! Delicious and creative! I would certainly go back for more. The new Market on South is super confusing to order from since there are several businesses occupying the same counter. Just ask someone and they’ll tell you how it works.

the kind cleaver has been on my radar for a long time! i’ve always been interested in their seitan and i was so excited to finally eat here.
Read morefirst off i got a caesar salad. it was a pretty basic but delicious caesar. there wasn’t too much cheese and the croutons were tasty. i liked the dressing on the side.
i tried the plush horse sandwich (reuben sandwich) to sample the house corned beef. i’ll start off by saying i really love how large the sandwiches are! and they came out fresh and hot too! i appreciated the healthy amount of corned beef in the sandwich; i would have been sad if there wasn’t a lot, given that it was delicious! the texture and flavor were on point. the only thing i was missing was some marbled rye bread.
i also ordered the the calle ocho (cuban sandwich). this contained both seitan ham and pork. they were clearly distinguishable from one another and i enjoyed the different flavors. the bread was toasted and pressed perfectly, leaving a warm and slightly crispy (but not messy) bite; however, i wish there was a bit more meat.
finally i had to try their mac! it came in a small container for $6. i could tell by the color that this was some high quality mac n cheese, and i was happily surprised by the strong flavor! i don’t know what they were using, but the cheese was high quality and a different type of cheese than i had grown to expect. whatever it was, it was so good 🙌
the kind cleaver is really a gem. i would easily order anything off the menu without hesitation, and i cant wait to come back and order more sandwiches (and mac)

This is our second time visiting. My husband is not vegan and couldn’t stop raving about his cold cut sandwich. We plan on returning until we’ve tried all of them on the menu! Go there hungry because the sandwiches are well portioned! Really love the service, atmosphere and food!

Oh buddy I am obsessed. I’ve tried most of the sandwiches on the menu and they don’t disappoint. The Caesar salad is also super good, my husband and I now share that with a sandwich. The sandwiches are huge, the Seitan is made in house and they go hard with those sauces. So nice to have something like this in Orlando!

I wanted to try the Kind Cleaver for a long time, and they did not disappoint! I got the Buffalo Bill. It reminded me of a buffalo Cuban sandwich. It was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful with their suggestions. The sandwich came out quickly. The vibe is very community feeling, most of the tables are outside.

oh my god?? this is the type of food u need to have non-vegans try. all meats are created by the owner who is literally so kind. when the people behind the product are just as awesome as the product itself- you know you’re in for a treat! literally everything is perfect and sandwiches have about 75 grams of protein each. bye!

They’re in the location where Market on South used to be, I’m really glad to see it was taken by other vegan businesses. My Reuben was delicious and I’m very very impressed with the Mac and cheese. Can’t wait to go back for more. Also had the lemon jalapeño kombucha, delicious. My non-vegan sister also really enjoyed the food.

We had the Buffalo chicken and Cuban sandwiches, and they were both delicious and very filling. The staff are incredibly friendly as well. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making great sandwiches and creating a chill atmosphere. They've renovated the building they've recently moved to and it looks amazing.

Do you believe in love at first bite? I do. And that was me when I first had this sandwich. Every sandwich is incredible. The melted cheese, the toasted bread… each sandwich will bring you happiness and a full tummy. My favorite vegan place in Orlando, and I will follow them wherever they go.

The Kind Cleaver is definitely a hidden gem. We came in with no prior knowledge of the menu or how the place looked. Definitely surprised by how aesthetically pleasing and amazing the food was.
