Great hidden gem - Edit
Loved this place! The falafel was amazing and they even had vegan cheesecake! I couldn’t give it 5 stars because it was a bit far away from the tourist part of town. We walked there from the Sheraton and it took 40 mins. Definitely recommend a cab!
Pros: vegan options , gluten free options
Cons: a bit far

Great vegan food options! - Edit
There isn't a lot of vegan options in Niagra but this place came through! The four of us had the samosas, falafel, veggie burgers and the house red lentil soup! Tasted amazing and all made from scratch. The waiter was friendly and happy to make sure our food was vegan. Reasonable prices too. Thanks Kasbah!

Find somewhere else - Edit
The whole place had an unwelcoming vibe to me. We had such a bad server (really rude and unprofessional) that I wanted to leave as soon as I got there. The food was okay. Not at all worth the price. I regret going and definitely won't be back. Find something better, it's not worth the time or money.
Pros: The falafel was decent
Cons: Rude staff, unwelcoming, Not good food, Overpriced for the quality

Not worth it - Edit
The food was really mediocre - bad. I usually clean my plate but couldn't finish any of what we ordered. Falafel was undercooked and not at all crispy, didn't taste great, and the wrap came with only lettuce and onion inside (no turnip/pickle? tomato? hot peppers?) and wasn't grilled. The fattoush salad tasted like it had been sitting around for some time, so I only made it through a couple bites. The zaatar too was quite old/hard. Disappointing, as generally these are some of my favourite foods. The wait staff was friendly, at least, and checked if items were vegan, but they didn't know the ingredients of things they didn't make in-house (including zaatar), which is a bit concerning.
Tl;dr: don't bother with this place.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Food

Pleasantly surprised - Edit
My husband and I were in the area for other reasons, and decided to have a bite. We fund The Kasbah here on this website and decided to go an extra 20 mins out of our way just to find it.
We were very happy with our choice, because the service and food were both great!
It's a bit fancy for my taste, with tablecloths and classic (almost cheesy) mediterranean music but don't let that intimidate you, as the servers were very down-to-earth.
We ordered the vegan dinner combo for 2 at a reasonable $38 and we also ordered extra stuffed vine leaves. This combo included generous servings of hummus and baba ganoush, pickled vegetables, falafel, rice and eggplant casserole (my favourite!). All of the food was amazing.
Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, the waiter offered us a small portion of their vegan rice pudding as a finish to the wonderful meal (this isn't even on their menu).
We live in Hamilton, but we'll probably be back for more.
Pros: amazing, attentive service, respect for vegan patrons' needs

Niagara trip - Edit
We've visited the restaurant on our short trip to the falls. The place was nice and quit and we were statisfied, me as much as my omnivore friends. Vegan options could have been more highlighted.

Satisfied - Edit
We went there on a Friday night. In a massive restaurant with outdoor sitting, there were only 5 occupied tables including us. Owner and waiting staff were friendly. I ordered Falafel and Baba Ghanoush meal, it was fresh and good. My children loved the dip. The portion was ok, didn't find it too big as mentioned by some reviews. Ordered kid's meal: pizza and penne alfredo. Both were too big for my 4 and 5 years old. Could have share. The restaurant was said to be the best Greek and Mediterranean food in year 2014 at Niagara Falls. It is around 1km from Marriott at the non-touristic street.
Pros: Food, Service
Cons: *

Great experience - Edit
Food was delicious. Vegan and vegetarian options clearly marked on the menu; staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about veg issues and was happy to make replacements where needed. A real breath of fresh air in a city with not many vegan options.
Pros: Several good vegan options; positive attitude towa
Cons: Not within walking distance of the Falls

Great food away from the tourist traps - Edit
Went there in the middle of the afternoon so it was very quiet. I think we ended up the only ones there for awhile. The Samosas and the lentil soup were excellent. The falafel roll up was humongous and great tasting. Well worth the 1/2 mile walk each way from our hotel.
Pros: Great vegan selections, Great taste although mild flavor, Great service

Pretty good - Edit
The Kasbah is a really nice and quiet location away from the tourist attractions. Ok, there are only a few vegan options but thats ok.
We went there around midday, 1 pm. It was almost empty. Therefore we were served quickly :)
My husband and I had the falafel, hummus and rice, served with pita bread. The staff was awesome and very vegan friendly. We were happy we found this little gem!
Pros: very friendly, pretty good
Cons: only a few vegan dishes

Excellent dinner - Edit
Nice restaurant away from the tourist attractions. I had a plate of falafel, hummus, babaganous, rice, gluten free pita bread and delicious garlic potatoes. And a salad to start with was included (garden or tabouleh). It was very good and the service was very friendly. (15 Canadian dollars).

So good - Edit
I have been here twice, and I ordered the same thing both times - hummus, baba ganoush and falafel. The portion is huge and the food is absolutely delicious! There are many vegan options on the menu and I am excited to try something new next time. The servers are vegan knowledgeable which is practically unheard of in Niagara Falls, and very nice.
The place is too big and there is not much in the way of atmosphere, although both times I went for lunch. Overall I would recommend for sure.
Pros: friendly knowledgeable service, amazing food, patio
Cons: too big
