My first Kalymnos experience - Edit
Had several dinners here, they have a good variety of vegan and vegetarian options, everything is tasty and affordable. Very relaxed atmosphere, nice terrace, free WiFi, cuddly cats what's not to like?!

Delicious vegan food - Edit
We ate at the Kalymnos Experience twice. The food was delicious. Healthy, fresh and vegan food. No plastic bottles, no aluminum cans. Very important to us as consumers to choose businesses that are conscientious of their carbon footprint. We got the housemade cashew mozzarella caprese and tofu buyurdi as starters and soutzoukakia with rice and house made protein burger with potatoes our first time and next day we got the tricolore pasta salad meal and burrito and peanut cashew cheesecake for dessert. Really good food, friendly service, chill environment. Highly recommended 💚🌱

The menu offers a lot of vegan options which are all really tasty, healthy, and diverse. The prices are moderate and the food is worth every cent. The staff is very friendly and made us feel at home.

Tasty but small portions - Edit
Ordered the scrambled tofu and cappuccino for breakfast. Both were great but I was still quite hungry after. Not ideal for climbers with big appetite 😅

Read moreThe portion/price balance is always a challenge for any restaurant owner, us alike.
Since we make everything ourselves, we just wanted you to know that you had a homemade cheakpea tofu with Kalymnian thyme. A larger portion would make this plate really expensive, and a lower price would make us buy a commercial soya tofu.
We chose accordingly.
Being climbers, we've designed special plates, like Dhal Bat, the only one with a free refill in the entire island.
Sometimes judging from one shot, could be tricky.
Thanks once more for your feedback though, as a new project we take it into serious account!

This place is incredible! The food is exquisite! Could easily eat three meals a day here. Just wish we hard more time, though we did eat here several times over our holidays!

My Favorite Spot in Kalymnos - Edit
A legit vegan restaurant on Kalymnos! Homemade veggie Thai curry with chickpea tofu is my favorite. Good hummus, lots of veggie options, juices, smoothies, etc. Produce is local. Food is delicious. I wish most towns in the US and Western Europe had a place like this. Staff is also very nice and prices are reasonable.

My favourite place in Kalymnos. Great ambiance, super delicious food and very friendly and helpful staff. We were here every single day except of their day off. That day we had to try some other places but none of them were as good as TKE. They are just the best. Love it here and cannot wait to be back!
