Meh - Edit
Great veg food really doesn't exist at Snowshoe. There'll be something on the menu for you here but it'll be way overpriced (like everything on the mountain) and not bad but just ok. Ppl come to the Junction for drinks. When everything else at Snowshoe is closed THE JUNCTION WILL BE OPEN (if anything at all is open - Junction is last to close for the season).
Read moreThey have an impossible burger. Asian dumplings are pretty good. They have gluten free buns.
Best veg food on the mountain is at Foxfire Grill -try the veggie sliders- or Old Spruce Brewing at Silver Creek.
Note: this isn't an independent restaurant or a mom and pop. It's owned and operated by the Snowshoe conglomerate. I recommend Foxfire which is independently and locally owned.

Decent veggie options - Edit
I was here during the off season when it was the only restaurant open. There were several food options. I had the vegan dumplings appetizer. Luckily I cut the first one in half because we were served the pork dumplings first. Once we got the right ones, they were very good. I also had the veggie burger. It is not an impossible burger which was nice. It does come with a brioche bun so either go bun less or see what their gluten free bun choice is for vegan. The portion sizes were large and came with a lot of fries.

Inaccurate menu - Edit
I included a photo of the menu. They claimed everything under the vegetarian/vegan section was vegan, but it’s not. They’re all vegetarian. However, I confirmed that the tomato bisque and pasta is not vegan and have dairy. They also have a salad option.
Read moreI got the veggie burger which was a bean/soy/pepper. It was good enough considering how there’s not many options to begin with in snowshoe. I specially asked if the bun was vegan prior to ordering. The waiter wasn’t sure and said he’d make a note saying to make it vegan. I don’t think the bun was vegan in the end. It has that butter shine to it. I would be more adamant on getting a vegan bun. Someone else here suggested the gluten free bun which I didn’t think of.
