Seriously good quality food

Food was fantastic, it appears a bit on the pricey side but the quality was excellent and worth the cost. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, spacious interior, with friendly and attentive staff. Toilets were spotless. Large gardens with outdoor dining. It's a shame smoking is permitted as with increased ventilation and open doors the smoke could be smelled whilst eating indoors. Separate vegan menu with several options for all courses. It would be great if there were more vegan sides available, especially chips - there's a definite lack of vegan chips in godalming.

Pros: Lots of choices, Fantastic taste

Cons: Limited side plate options, Expensive

Accommodating and lovely staff

Lovely setup with separate vegan menu (makes such a difference!). The staff were lovely, they clean everything, tables, chairs, etc thoroughly after people leave (COVID times!). The menu had some nice and varied options, the food itself is nice but nothing mind blowing. Would still recommend and return. Prices are fairly reasonable too and the outdoor area is lovely.

Vegan menu

It’s always nice to find a pub with a separate vegan menu! This one is imaginative and changes regularly. The food is well presented with good portions.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Lots of options, Beautiful setting and big pub garden

Cons: Quite expensive

Full vegan menu

There is a full vegan menu available including desserts, all of which are delicious! Service can be slightly slow but the setting of the place is so beautiful, it almost doesn't matter!

Pros: Good vegan options, Great location
