My first time here was good! I ordered a GARLIC BEYOND BURGER with fresh minced garlic, Beleaf bacon, and provolone cheese; along with some VEGAN SWEET POTATO TOTS With cinnamon sugar.
Read moreIt was very good! It was a decent portion but I wish it was a little bigger. Presentation was okay but I guess it doesn’t matter as much as the taste. Price was okay, I’m new to this vegan lifestyle so I’m not that knowledgeable about prices. Tip was a little too much I think, I don’t go often to bars so I’m not sure but it was 20%, 30% or 40%! The only down is probably that it’s a bar so 21 .

Extensive vegan menu with your typical American food offerings. Perfect place to go with meat eaters and still have a good time. Apps are a bit pricey but the entrees always come with a variety of dips/sauces.

They seem to have reduced the vegan brunch options lately, but the VEBLAT and the breakfast burrito are still there and are delish.
As for late-night food, I love the VKuken Sandwhich and the vegan caterpillar roll. So, so good.

If HappyCow would allow 5 Stars for places that also sell animal products, I would give 5 stars. Ice Haus is absolutely amazing. They have delicious and indulgent vegan bar foods (lots of them German styled and inspired).
Read moreTheir staff is amazing! Always friendly, and fun to talk to. After the second time they already remembered us and what kind of beer we like. We’ve been regular customers since then.
It’s the perfect place to bring friends, since anyone can find something on the menu (vegans and non-vegans). They also offer delivery and takeout.
The Ambiente is casual and cozy, their outdoor area is especially great in the summer!
Despite amazing food they have regular events like live music, a greeeat selection of beers other drinks and are openly LGBTQ friendly! We love Ice Haus!

Great little dive bar feel, but with classy service. Great vegan menu with similar offerings to almost all their non-veg menu. Corn dogs, brats, burgers, nachos, etc.

Great dive bar with separate Omni and vegan menus. Same owner as Piper Down and Harp n Hound. Brats, burgers, beers. All solid. Garlic burger is actually garlicky!

The one thing that really impressed me about the Ice Haus is that 2 of the owners are vegan and that the vegan food is prepared separate from the meat eaters food. The meals are very good and plentiful with many choices. Check out the vegan menu for Sunday brunch in my photos.

The have clearly marked vegan options and a separate vegan menu. We went on a Saturday and Burt the bartender was super friendly. The owners are vegan and also own Piper Down. Food was yummy and we had a chance to talk to the chef. The chef isn't vegan, but he expressed his delight in the ingredients and tastes he's been able to experience. This place will be a regular stop.

I love this place and I probably come once or twice a week. The staff is friendly and great, and I love the food. Definitely try the Kein Fliesch Burger. It's a beast burger with brats on top and chao cheese.

Decent bar fare in Murray, UT - Edit
I stopped in for a quick bite because I've been craving brats since I went to Anchor Down in Bricktown. I tried the Greek brat, it was OK tasting but split all to hell with one bite so I was trying to hold it together and keep everything intact to taste it all at once. The chef needs to try one so he realizes those buns Don't work. I also had the poutine fries, they were tasty but the gravy was so salty I likely won't be able to move my fingers tomorrow, but I did seek out bar food so that's kind of on me. The building was OK, it had a cool patio and pool tables. If I was passing by I'd stop in but I wouldn't travel to it just to eat.

Honestly, I had the highest hopes for this place. A pub with VEGAN German inspired bar food? Where have you been all my life?! When we entered, we were greeted right away and asked if we needed a vegan menu. I immediately was impressed and my excitement heightened. But to my dismay, the food was mediocre. My husband (who is not plant based) got a burger that he really enjoyed. I, however, ordered the vegan poutine fries and spatzle. I received pasta that was way over cooked, and the gravy that topped both my orders was very over salted. I barely made a dent in my food. So sad!
