Great selection - Edit
About 75% of the ice poles are vegan and they have plenty of unusual flavours. I have the. Liberty and cinnamon which was top top.

Cool summer treat - Edit
Very cute place with nice artwork on the wall. The girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and very friendly. I got the Pear Pie. It was good and refreshing but not amazing.

A real find in St. Augustine! - Edit
The Hyppo offers veg/vegan, healthy dessert options (a shockingly rare thing). These are gourmet ice pops with great flavors and cool names. I had the Phoenix one day and the Elvis (peanut butter and banana) the next. Best of all, the optional chocolate dip is vegan (the white chocolate dip is not).

Pros: Many veg/vegan options, Great location in the historic district, Reasonable prices
