The food and service were good. Was the food worth the price? Not really. I could get better food for half the price from places that are within walking distance. The chili crunch cauliflower was very good, but the bread and the Oaxacan oyster mushroom tamales were just okay. The bread is given separately and not directly ordered and I'm not sure whether the butter it comes with was vegan as I did not specifically ask, so I just left it off. Also keep in mind that an 18% gratuity is automatically applied and goes into a tip pool, meaning that you must tip more on top of that if you want to give your server a tip. The atmosphere is "fancy" which is not worth much to me. I was a little distracted by the loud gossiping going on at a nearby table which I had to tune out.

Incredible - Edit
I just visited the Huntsman with my (carnivore) family & was pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of the vegan options. The Chili Crish Cauliflower was to DIE FOR, and the Cauliflower Jagerschnitzel was superb. Everything was so delicious, we’ll definitely be back!
