This is Paradise! - Edit
First, let me say that Little Cayman is a jewel of an island. 9 miles long, 1 mile wide, population 150, some of the best diving in the world on the Bloody Bay Wall. Being vegans always presents travel challenges, but there was no problem here. We stayed at Paradise Villa, and the Hungry Iguana is right next door. The wait staff and cook could not have been more accommodating. Knowing there were 2-3 vegans staying at the Villa, the chef made sure there was a vegan soup and entree every night. They made us vegan muffins for the morning. Best part was everything was delicious and reasonably priced (for the Caymans).

We highly recommend this island, these villas and mostly the Hungry Iguana. You can dine outside about 50 ft from the water or inside in the AC dining room.. There' s even a resident Iguana named Janet who is friendly as a dog!,
