What a panini - Edit
First time here. Metered Street parking available. Clean and inviting location. Indoor seating available. There is a counter to order the food. Lots of vegan options available if you see something you like they are very accommodating to make it vegan. It is a challenge for me to find vegan Panini’s and when I saw the vegan Gouda chick’n chipotle Panini, I couldn’t resist. Crispy bread, great serving size (about 12 inches). They also had vegan baklava which I will 100% got every time I’m here. They also have these humongous pickles in a jar which I thought were absolutely delicious.

Nothing major, but it did rub me the wrong way that I communicated that with the cashier and she was very apologetic and right away told her Manager and the cook or the chef, but no one else came to the table to talk with me about it . I did not appreciate that at all. I

Great sandwiches and fresh hummus - Edit
They have great vegan wraps, sandwiches, salads, French fries, fresh hummus, and vegan baklava. Their grape leaves have a nice lemon sauce on them. Their fresh hummus flavors change and are great.

Great hummus, huge portions! - Edit
We loved the spicy avocado hummus! I had the Buffalo cauliflower bowl, my daughter had the falafel burrito. I’d just warn anyone that the portions are HUGE. If you live locally it’s not a problem bringing leftovers home, but we were on a college tour and couldn’t take ours with us. :(

There aren't many, but the vegan options are delicious. I love the Falafel sandwich and the vegan Big Mac sub. I also satisfy my Mediterranean food fix in the same place: Baba ghanoush, grape Leaves, etc.

I was pleased with all of the food I tried: falafel cheesesteak (who knew that would be so good?! I now want to try replicating it at home!), ranch bacon chicken wrap, and cheese fries. I thought it’d be disappointing that the hand helds don’t come with a side, but they were huge.

More vegan choices than many vegetarian restaurants - Edit
Although they serve meat, there are lots of vegan and vegetarian choices and specials. There are the more traditional plant based choices as well as the more processed meat substitutes. So many choices, I've been there so many times and have yet to have their hummus, which I generally have at restaurants with more limited vegan choices. Servings are large, prices are fair, and the staff is very friendly. Not a fancy place - you order your food at the counter and they bring it to you. Swift service. The recently added smoothie bar is a nice addition. It's a short walk to the Industrial Museum and to SteelStacks. If you go to either of them leave your car in the parking lot and walk, as parking is not always readily available and you will need to feed the meter.

Excellent Food, Tons of Vegan Options - Edit
I used to go there more often when they were in Allentown (closer to where I work), but I still sometimes make the special trip to Bethlehem. A lot of their food is vegan by default, and they're very knowledgeable about what things are vegan and what things aren't.
Read moreMy favorite is the falafel salad, but I highly recommend their vegan macaroni and cheese to anyone who's okay with gluten— it's some of the best mac and cheese around, and they have a different kind every week.

Stopped by Hummus House on our trip to PA and food was very good! We ordered the Falafel burrito, Beyond Cheese Steak, Beyond Cheese Burger burrito and fries. Everything was very good and the portions are huge. Definitely satisfy your hunger!

What a surprise! Love the atmosphere and the menu is mostly vegan and the staff is super friendly. The food is delicious and all vegan food is cooked separately from non-vegan options. They even have vegan coffee creamers and they use purified reverse osmosis water to make their coffee. Highly recommend for any vegan, vegetarian or the healthy conscious.

Best vegan cheese steak EVER! - Edit
What a surprise, tons of vegan options, but the star of the show to me was the cheesesteak with beyond meat fake meat and vegan cheese. They did it right. They toasted the bun, they loaded it with the meat and tons of cheese and onions, just like the real thing, even better. Very nice people and prominently display about 10 vegan entrées, plus all of the sides that are displayed in a case deli style.
