Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant and cafe with Beyond burger and spiced tofu scramble potato hash. Additional dishes, such as avocado toast and salad, can easily be made vegan when modified. Reservations encouraged. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-3:00pm.

Best vegan breakfast option in the area

I used to go to the Hudson Cafe when I ate meat/eggs/dairy, but haven't been back in years. I went here with a mixed group and was happily surprised and satisfied with the vegan hash.

The vegan options aren't extensive, and they don't have vegan cheese (so I deducted a star), but there aren't any other vegan breakfast options in the area.

Really good for a mixed group of vegans and vegetarians/omnivores.

Can get busy though, so make a reservation or expect a wait.
