The vegan curry is the best I have ever had. The food is so fresh.

Pros: Spice, Fresh, Authentic

Cons: Takes a while, Lack of atmosphere, A bit small inside

Good food but slow

It was exciting to see the extensive vegan menu here and to find Afro-Caribbean food in Dundee. It was a quiet lunchtime but unfortunately the friendly server didn't warn us until later that that they were a chef down. We waited an hour for our food and had to get it to take away. This was at least a good sign that everything was made to order!

We had the stuffed eggplants and skewers with a side of plaintain. Everything was delicious and substantial and delivered a proper chilli kick (we were asked our preferred heat level) if a bit too salty and oily for my taste. I'd recommend the food if you have time and/or both chefs are in.

Pros: Reasonably priced

Cons: Music too loud
