Serves meat, vegan options available. The cafe is open to the community for dine in and take out. All-you-can-eat salad bar with a wide assortment of vegan toppings, mixed vegetable salads, beans, cooked whole grains, nuts and seeds. House-made soups are also vegan on occasion. The Executive Chef is very experienced in whole food plant based diets and can easily inform customers which foods are vegan. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-2:00pm. Closed Sat. & Sun.

Hidden Gem in the Literal Center of the US!

We visited Smith County Memorial Hospital as part of a business trip after learning about their innovative “food is medicine” work in their community. We were totally blown away by the work of Chef Steve and his team! Their salad bar was packed with high quality fresh ingredients and the chickpea chowder (soup of the day) was amazing!
