Staff need better training

I asked for the bean burger with chips. It was served with new potatoes instead of chips with a butter (yes butter) sachet on top of the potatoes. When I asked where the chips were the member of staff explained the chips were not suitable for a vegan but apparently new potatoes with butter are 🤯🤯

Pros: A few vegan options

Cons: Lack of knowledge among staff
