Beautiful food

Family of 7 vegans, we found this place amazing. The host speaks English very well and understands vegan requirements. The food is divine, we had the tofu which comes with rice and stir fried susu, ash sweet potatoes and the baby bamboo shoots and then shared them all. The toilet facilities are super clean.

Pros: Delicious food, Beautiful setting and view, Very clean

Cons: Limited vegan options

Unique restaurant experience!

They didn't have a lot of veg food, but what they did was fantastic! The ash-cooked sweet potatoes were fantastic, the garlic sauteed pumpkin was great, and the homemade tofu was surprisingly delicious! They have good wine, and craft beer on tap. Interesting seating, great layout. If you're brave, try the rice wine.

Pros: Fancier than anywhere else in Sapa, Unique restaurant

Cons: Expensive

Lovely place for a fancier dinner

This place is gorgeous with a great atmosphere and good drink list. There’s a few good vegan options but I recommend the ash sweet potato. Portions are small so it’s on the more expensive side of Sapa but it’s worth it!

Tofu dish not great

I ordered the tofu dish with rice and that is exactly what I got. Plain white tofu and white rice. Not particularly impressed.

Pros: Nice looking place, good view

Amazing!

Beautiful venue, amazingly delicious food. Cooked in local Hmong style. We ordered tofu 2-ways, banana flower and peanut salad, and bamboo shoots. Served with rice. They also serve tea! We have found this hard to find. Loved it.

Great place with multiple veg choices

One of the few places in Sapa with a vegetarian section on the menu. I had the banana flower salad, which was very good. Also has friendly service and nice ambience. Would go back

Pros: several vegetarian options, nice craft beer, friendly staff

Beautiful restaurant

The place really pretty and quiet. A few items in the menu are vegetarian. We try the banana salad and we like it a lot. (75k vnd)

Really good tofu

I’m not crazy about tofu but I’m so glad I tried, it was super good! Feels like some kind of ricotta (but vegan of course). I highly recommend it!
3 color rice was a mistake, it tastes like plain rice.
The place is great, good beers and wines. Prices not bad, but portions a bit small.

great atmosphere and food

I really like the atmosphere of this cute restaurant. You can either sit on the floor on low cushions or at regular tables. The menu is small, with several vegan options. We had the sweet potato in ashes: good but I expected more of a smoky flavor. We also had both homemade tofu which were absolutely delicious! I am not a big fan of tofu but this is a must try, with one having some king of cheesy flavor. We also had the boiled susu (local veggie), a delicious local IPA and some rice and corn "wines" (way too strong for us).

Pros: amazing tofu, romantic atmosphere, kind staff

Cons: not vegan so expect meat and fish on the menu

very delicious and a hip place

The Restaurant Manager, a French Guy, was very kind and informative and could recommend me beautiful vegan dishes from the local specialties. Try the fresh Tofu, it was great. Susu is a local vegetable, it was very good, too and I also had the banana flower salad. Although this place specializes in local food, which unfortunately involves meat a lot, for me this was the best vegan food in Sapa and also the atmosphere was great.

Pros: very delicious

Cons: serves meat
