Good music and bar food - Edit
I came here to see my friends band play and ended up getting some food as well. I got the impossible burger and it was basic but good, especially for the price. My friend got the tempeh bahn mi which i took a bit of and LOVED it was so good. Overall good venue and affordable food.

High Water Options - Edit
I come here for shows frequently, and I was surprised how many options they have for being such a small little bar. I'll only be reviewing the food area of the bar and not the venue. The bartender was friendly and helpful. Surprisingly, their banh mi is one of the better options in Portland. The city has some very disappointing banh mi options, but this was shockingly good. There is no shortage of meat n veggies, and the price is very affordable. I'm looking forward to trying everything else on the menu.

Excellent banh mi, excited to go back - Edit
The High Water Mark has a separate vegan section on the menu with several delicious-sounding sandwiches, tacos, nachos and a burger. The tempeh in my banh mi had an excellent grilled flavor. The size of the sandwich was a little smaller than we are used to in the US (I was thinking I would save half for lunch tomorrow) but it's also priced a couple dollars less than sandwiches often are in Portland these days. Friendly neighborhood bar vibe with excellent music.
