Superb food - Edit
This was my first visit. I haven't eaten much kimchi or savoury tofu. But I tried a sourdough toastie with homemade kimchi, tofu & cheeze. What a taste sensation. I loved it. It was beautifully presented, with flowers on the plate, a fresh salad & a little bowl of sweet soy sauce. All washed down with a cucumber, lime & mint kombucha served in a pottery goblet.

The heir and genre remind me of Brixton Cycles (a bike shop in Brixton), when asked to elaborate on this, the response was “hippy”. Nuff love

My boyf and I visited for the first time today and the food and service was SO, SO good.
Read moreMy boyf had the toastie (can’t remember the name but the one with tofu, bacon, peanut sauce and chilli mayo) maca hot choc and he said it was the best toastie he’d had in ages and the hot choc was really nice!
The staff were super friendly and accommodating with my fussiness and made me a bacon and cheese bagel with chilli mayo and it also was the best bagel/bacon bap I’ve had in ages! I also had a billionaire slice with decaf tea and oat milk.
We can’t wait to go back!
Pros: Amazing tasting food, Super friendly attentive staff , Accommodating for allergies/intolerances/fussiness

Best food in Plymouth - Edit
I was started to become quite jaded with the vegan food scene in Plymouth, having had some disappointing experiences at other vegan establishments. That was until I ate at The Hedgerow Hound. All I can say is, WOW! Their food is absolutely incredible, so many interesting and well thought out flavours. You can tell there is so much passion and love for what they do, plus they clearly know their stuff. If I’m in Plymouth and they’re open, I won’t bother going anywhere else. Make sure it’s top of your list too!

Amazing Indonesian Wrap, great atmosphere - Edit
I had a lovely Indonesian wrap dish - it's not often that I find Indonesian food and this was such a treat with the peanut sauce, peanuts and tofu. The restaurant had a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff took our orders in beforehand and had them all ready for us after doing some vegan activism with Anonymous for Voiceless in Plymouth. It was such a great time to finish our evening with some delicious food and good conversation.
